The state-of-the-art facility was custom-built to meet unique operational requirements–integrating advanced robotics and electronic process management systems to support a highly automated, just-in-time production line.
Originally planned as a 265,000 SF facility, the project expanded to 300,000 SF during construction due to Grupo Sesé’s evolving needs. Chattanooga Industrial Properties’ flexibility and problem-solving expertise ensured seamless adaptation while maintaining timelines and quality, delivering a facility that exceeded expectations.
