DELIVERing LASTING investor VALUE

White Oak Enterprises is a Chattanooga, Tennessee-based private investment group founded in 2014. It was born after years of scaling and ultimately exiting multiple healthcare platform companies and real estate assets. With a dual focus on early—to mid-stage healthcare/health-tech companies and commercial real estate, we bring creative ideas, deep expertise, and a relentless drive to the table. Our mission? To invest our human and capital resources with trusted pioneering entrepreneurial teams and provide meaningful support that delivers lasting value.

What sets us apart is our roots. As former healthcare executives, founders and entrepreneurs, and real estate developers, we’ve been in the trenches—building, scaling, and exiting regional and national companies ourselves. That experience fuels our approach: We don’t just write checks. We roll up our sleeves, forge partnerships, and provide insights and networks to support the companies we invest in.
