Jeff Londis

Jeff Londis was formerly Vice President of Pharmacy Services and Senior Vice President of Support Services for Lifecare Centers of America in Cleveland, TN. From there he went on to co-found BenchMark Physical Therapy and Guardian Homecare. While there, he was involved in all aspects of developing and expanding the services of both companies. Prior to his departure, BenchMark grew to over 220 locations in eight states while Guardian grew to be the largest home care provider in the southeast. In 2015 he sold his interest in Benchmark and moved on to co-found White Oak Enterprises with Troy Bage.

 

Troy Bage

Troy Bage is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Ivy Rehab Network, a physical therapy and rehabilitation company with over 247 sites in 11 states. Prior to Ivy, he was the Executive Director for the Alliance for Physical Therapy Quality and Innovation. From 2006 to 2015, he served as President for BenchMark Rehabilitation Partners and Chief Operating Officer for Upstream Rehabilitation. Troy and Jeff co-founded White Oak Enterprises.

 

Boston Londis

Prior to joining White Oak Enterprises, Boston Londis was most recently employed at Conifer Health Solutions as a CareContinuity Program Manager in Dallas, TX. When Boston joined Conifer to help grow the CareContinuity service line, it had less than 10 dedicated employees and less than $2M in revenue. In a year’s time, and with Boston playing an integral role in its development, the service line had grown to include nearly 50 dedicated employees and $25M in revenue. Prior to Boston’s work at Conifer, he worked in acquisitions for Benchmark Physical Therapy. Currently, Boston leads White Oak’s business development, due diligence, and project planning efforts.
